Was checking out a new to me JK about a month ago. Not much in it. They didn't know what they had and their prices were higher than most.
As I was walking back to the car there was two very, nice low milage (121K, 145K) festiva's sitting in the lot waiting to go in. Stright rust free bodies, good paint, good wheels. The interiors were a little worn is all. Proper maitaence, clean cars. The strange thing about them is they were identical. Same color, same year, same L with AC.
Rush back in. Will you sell. NO. Same old story.
I go back this week and get a motor/trans. Getting ready to leave, look down. There's a draw tie hitch on one of the cars! Not anymore!
Both cars are teal green. Does anyone need body parts? AC parts? Can't get whole system just certain parts. Will be going back next week. Hopefully.
Go back the next day to get the brakes off of a Aspire. Get there early before they open to the public. And watch the only Aspire they have go to the crushier.
A sad day. A happy day.
