japan has more stringent emissions laws then the feds do, so why is it so difficult to bring it over?

Anybody notice the Suzuki has a Japanese license tag? What's that strange artifact in the shadow just in front of the Pride's rear wheel. Looks like a touch-up to the photo. Can anyone tell if the steering wheel is on the right hand side? This sounds like a job for CSI.Comment

The car n the picture is a Japanese Festiva not a Pride, it was imported into Canada and bought here for parts. It is also right hand drive.Comment
