thats why i like my white faced cluster, it's much nicer cuz it's backlit instead of those dumb x-mas tree lights in front of it.

ya i finaly found the step by step instructions...lot less than ithought. so you just unscrew the cable from the back right? or are there any clips. i realy dont want to f**k up my speedometer, i hate driving cars without em. i like the backlit orange cluster...that looks sweet.

It will just unclip (you can reach your hand up on the right side of the steering wheel and grab it OR you can pull the cable from the engine bay and it'll pop off.)

put some lube on the cable. Silicon grease I think.

where the cable itself goes into the guage?

The cable is inside a sleeve, you have to disconnect it from the tranny and dash and pull the inside part most of the way out and then lube it up and slide it back in.
