okay my frin found and bought a Mercury Capri XR2 engine.. to put in his escort.. well before he could get it in he found a bpt and put that in... so he dissembled the Capri engine and scraped.... and i haven't talked to him in a wile and i just found this out he would of sold it to me for 100 dollars...

I had a guy come into the shop tonight who tuned Miatas. Said he had a built BP for sale he give me for $400. I said, Killer deal, but I need a B6. He said he had one of those too, A turbo non the less, but it just got planted in his Miata. I told him about this site and gave him a address. I would love to get that 1.6.

yeah i have been festiva hunting well really i have been searching for this LX and today i saw a festiva in someones yard looks sad just sitting there rotting away.. so i knocked on the door and offered to buy it.. a lady came to the door and said it was her husbands and he wasn't interested in selling it.. she said he was going to fix it up and never got around to it... i had her take down my number and told her to tell him to contact me Evan if he doesn't want to sell it... still waiting for the call.. i'm going to try to express my love for the car and maybe get it from him and if anything teach him about the site...

i can get miata engines easy locally. Are all the mounting points the same if i replace the oil pan and intake plenums? No one has said they are
