Split a lane with me and my bike once... You won't like the outcome.

Same goes for me. I tend to be extremely vindictive when people try to kill me, for some strange reason.

As for my speed in Jack: 130mph over the pass between Spokane and Seattle, WA in the middle of the night back in 2003. I know this because we were keeping up with my then-best friend's mother who was going that fast in her car... Jack's needle of course was stuck at 85. We got her to slow down after the first few rest-stops, but only down to 100ish.

EDIT: That was with a stock engine that never missed an oil change or tune up.

That is physically impossible and didn't happen. You might have THOUGHT it happened, but a stock 5 speed 1.3 festy will NOT do a true 130 mph.. keep dreaming

I did 115 in my first festiva, and that was a 3 spd auto, and i still had more rpms to go, i had to get off the highway, my exit was coming up fast. And that was before i knew anything about festiva tuning, so thats a good indication that it was stock. So as for going 130 in a stock 5 spd... i believe it, all day long.

That's what I'm saying. 113 is it for a stock festiva. And for a 3 speed auto maybe 100 mph.

No way you go 130mph with a stock b3.
No way you pull redline in 5th,for those who said they had rpms left.

You could probably get going 130mph if you were going downhill with a tornado-strength tailwind.

lol. When i first got frankenstiva, on the way home i got clocked by my cousin in his wave at 150 kph. I MAY have hit a little over 160 one day runnin downhill. It was a steep hill. And how my poor stock b3 cried...
Of course the red makes it go faster..

Let's see, in the Batstiva, had her buried+ when I first got her, so atleast 90 mph. Fastest I've ever gone in any car- Buried the 160mph speedo in a 77 Roadrunner....with one gear left.

But, in my defense, the owner of the car I was test driving said I could.

not sure how fast I've been in a Festy, speedo only goes to 85. But the officer said I was clocked at 92, and that was after I hit the brakes. Fastest I've been in a car? 125+/-, 1996 Mustang Cobra, demo unit for the dealer owner when I was a dealer tech. He asked me to fix a vibration that occured above 100mph. I told him I'd look at it, but I couldn't road test it at that speed legally. His response? "Just don't get caught..."

One wonders how he knew there was a vibration at 100+mph. Guess he didn't get caught either. lol.

In my Festiva? I don't know. The speedo only goes it 85 though... as fast as a new WRX... however fast that is.

Anybody have access to a C-130 or a Skyvan? If one pushed the car off the ramp at Angels-20, and could keep it in a nose-down attitude, you'd have bragging rights to have the first Festiva to break 200 mph... errrr, for a few seconds anyways.
