this is sort of auto related, what programs do you guys use to edit and make your own videos? not just posting them putting in text and fades stuff like that. in case i ever catch something car related on camera that would need to be edited and posted. preferably something free. me and my friends did make this mischief video in the summer of 03' that i would really like to put together...

windows movie maker version 5.1
its just about the best out there for the average user. its quick, painless and the windows media video format does a great job of compressing the video whle maintaining quality.
i use it for everything.

Adobe Premiere is pretty sweet for that kind of stuff. You can download a 30 day trial from http://www.adobe.com. It is pretty easy to use and has a good help section.
