I had a blowout today. I was driving the speed limit when the car was vibrating violently so I slowed down and tried to move over when the tread started to come off the wheel and I was fighting to control it. Then I heard a big boom from the rear driver side and saw a chunk of tread fly off. I pulled over to the shoulder and saw that the tread jacked up the rear bumper and twisted the rod that connected from the bumper to the frame. Luckily I still had the factory spare in the back. Later on, I was able to bend back to bumper to it's original shape, but the bar is too damaged to repair. Will it affect the car in any way?
