    John i should of kept the studs off of mine...i have sold 3 of them so far... I'll try to look for some too.

    By the way they are in the sands of rivers in the ural mountains. In both N and S. America

      Shouldn't make ay difference to value of cat.
      Also, can just cut back flange off and get both studs and I will worry about removing them from the flange!

      So they are aluvial deposits!
      Much same way Zircomium is mined(used to make nuclearfuel cladding)!

            don't know about that... There's only a small amount of Paladium and Zirconium in an O2 sensor.

              I have a festy cat. I tried to sell on eBay twice, eBay booted the auction both times. How do you list on eBay without the boot?
              Because....45 MPG.

                How are the stainless steel studs on the back of the back?
                Would you be willing to cut the flang off and send me the studs?

                  Check out some of the other auctions on there...don't list what makeand model it came from just ladel it as import, or honda car, SUV....etc.

                      I expect the flange to be rusty, but the stainless steel studs that the mid pipe attaches to should be corrosion free.
                      The more rust on the flange and flange "ears" the easier it would be for me to remove the stainless steel studs intact. I don't need the flange intact just thought it would be easier to cut the flange off and I'd worry about getting the studs out of the flange.

                          Yeah i couldn't believe it went for 145...that's the most i have ever gotten from a cat so far.
