WOOHOO! Bought #2 today!

Oh fresh you have no idea how bad that peaved me. I darn near cried when it happened. I didnt have the car 2 hours when it happened. Got out looked at what had happened,did more than my fair share of cussing. Looked to see that lucky me Ive got a spare ,a lug wrench and NO jack! So I limped it home at 20 mph max for about 15 miles.It didnt even go flat til after I got it home.I think/hope most if not all of it will buff out. And I have a sneaking suspicion thats what happened to the missing rim as well. Except it got damaged. Like I said though I think Ill go up to 13s on it just for a larger less expensive selection of tires. Like I said the only upgrades that I plan for it are the clear lights in front, the stereo and probably maplight. May get the windows tinted. Other than that Im leaving it alone.

Man, thats nice. You probably had to pay more for that movie star to pose next to your car then you did for the car. That is a major snag a roo !!! That tire wear concerns me some. Reminds me a lot of festdiva when I got it. Nice going monsoon !! I knew it would be the left frt fender.

It really looks straight and rust free. That one is a keeper. Ill keep an eye out for a wheel if you think you might keep the alloys. Probably find one fairly easy. "Other than that Im leaving it alone", Famous last words. Is that crusher under cover behind Whitey ? Whats the plan for it ?

Yep thats Crusher. The interior has been completely stripped out of it.My plans are to put in Power windows, Ive got Power seats from a Taurus SHO that are partially mounted. Ive got to remake the door panels ,kick panels and hatch panel. Im going to wrap them in Black vinyl. Basically the whole interior will be black including the headliner if it doesnt clean up. The dash Ill leave alone. Engine wise from the beginning Id decided to go with a B6. I just want a bit more oomph with out sacrificing too much MPG. Itll definately remain Charcoal Metallic. But now with the White one here I may do the Aspire swap on Crusher. I havent totally decided about that yet. But I now can take my time and get it the way I want it, I dont have to rush because I need a 2nd car.

So you will feel better about your purchase I found this white 91 gl with 114,000 on it for $2,000. Tried to check it out but it was sold.

What really blows is that tomorrow I go in for neck surgery and won't be able to do anything to either car for at least a couple weeks.
Even wrecks are starting to demand higher dollars now fresh. For whatever reason I dont think theyll get to Metro money. But theyll continue to climb with gas prices. I dont think itll be a problem down here in redneck country though. If it aint a caprice, crown vic ,truck or suv they dont want em.:tard:s
Course that could work in my favor.Hmmm is a #3 in my future?

Well was just reading the option list for this one. And it is loaded as much as could be for a GL with the exception of the AM/FM cassette , sunroof and the Sport option package that wouldve added the spoiler, a stripe kit and white alloys.
