  • Ideas On Cleaning Dirty Interiors---->

    Hopefully this will help someone...

Busters interior was dirty as heck. Georgia red mug caked in the carpet and all in the seats. I decided that trying to use carpet cleaner would only make a big mess so I yanked the seats out and carpet, sprayed them down with some strong cleaner and then pressure washed them. It's possible to go to a car wash and do it there (but I used the one I have at home).

Take a look at before and after.

Looks Fantastic!!!! I've been trying to figure out the best way to tackle the 91 festiva I just bought. Full of mud, hay, sawdust, dog smell, and cigarette smell. As the say "Monkey see monkey do". Thanks for the idea!!!!!!!

Looks great!!! When I did the Batstivas interior, I ended up using oxyclean and a stiff brush. Mad a difference for sure, but your's is night and day. Nice clean up.

What PSI Pressure Washer did you use? I'm going to do this to my carpet and maybe seats since they are out at the moment. I just picked up a 1400 PSI Pressure Washer for $45

I think mine is 2200 psi. 1400 psi should do fine. Just squirt some industrial cleaner on the stuff and pressure wash it.

It took mine about 3 days to totally dry.

                              Good luck.
