Does class 1 mean that it will accept an 1-1/4" square receiver?
I need one for my Festiva.
I'll never tow anything, but I have to have it for my second amendment hitch cover.

When I learn to weld I'll make me some Special Operations Bumpers (milspec) so my car can be air- and sea-lifted onto combat vessels!
