B6 Air Filter

G'day all...
Today i did a very simple mod to my b6 air filter (a plastic crappy box)
firstly i put a bigger filter that i cut down in then after ward cut 3 holes to increase filtration and suck more air in then putting strong mesh over the holes and he presto a wanna be pod filter :?
I've noticed a minor increase in power and more of an omf sound on acceleration which isn't bad for a 1.3 efi.
what I'd like to leave to your expertise, is there any small modification that can be done to increase power? I'm thinking about getting an exhaust set up but have no idea where to start, maybe 2ND hand to save some cash?

yeah, 2" exhaust will give you a slight rise on hp. Or possibly get a tube for fresh air attached to the box.. BUT the biggest HP mod you can do to a 1.3 EFI car is drop some weight!! lose 200 lbs thoughout and you will notice a difference.

just went out to have a look at her and the only thing that occured to me was to remove the rear seats which i don't want to do and to remove the spare tire and jack which i don't want to do or maybe to relocate the battery to the rear with one of those kits. What else can i remove from the car?

update: air filter

To keep you guys updated i put a funki air filter in to replace the air box and once i get a camera i'll take pix to show you of the actual car. Next i plan to get a nice set of wheels, more info on my site bellow.
