                    They would look right at home on a first gen Miata or a New Beetle... and nothing else. I wonder how much the asymmetrical spokes affect the balance. I bet they take some big weights to balance them right.

                      When they came out (like 15 - 20 years ago) I used to see them everywhere. There was a woman up the street from me that had a set on her honda. Sometimes her husband would take her car to run errands. The looks he got when he got out of the car were priceless!

                          I'm sure they're balanced well enough as-is, needing only the usual wheel weights to run smoothly with whatever tire is put on.

                          The aluminum behind what you see could be thicker or thinner than you would know, balancing the whole unit out.

                              I'm pretty sure when those wheels were advertised the ads said they were meant for Miatas. They make me hungry for Teddy Grams.
