Now I have a few questions..

Since I just became this board's newest Aspire owner 8) I have a few general questions. First off, is the Aspire's B3 a sequential fuel injected motor, or the older MPFI type? What difference does that make anyway? What's the top speed of the auto tranny Aspire? I used this program called Cartest and the program has an entry for a 92 5 speed Festiva, so I just changed a few settings (3rd gear to 1.00, final drive 4.06, tires 13 inch) and the program said at redline, an auto Aspire will only do 102 mph? That's it? Not that I'd ever need to take it up to that speed. That leads me to my next question. What's a safe cruising speed for my auto Aspire? I usually drive about 65-70 mph, and according to the Cartest program, the engine would be turning over 4000 rpm at those speeds. Is that safe for the engine? I want the car to last a while, and I don't know how well an engine would hold up at those speeds.

the tires size might be the outside diameter of the actual tire, not the diameter of the rim. tires can be different sizes so that is probably why the low mhp...unless thats just how they are. not really that knowledgeable with the festivas and aspires yet.
