hey i found the off set it's 7 inches thats to much for the front right...

What you could do (a little extreme) is put wheel spacers on it to push the tires out some, and cut the fender well or try to find a wide body kit like on the festiva SHO (if Im not mistaken, remember Im new to Festivas) and it would look nice, and fit well.

The dimension you describe isn't the offset. Here's a simple drawing and on-line calculator to determine offset. http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp There are many resources on the iNet.
