Looks like the motor has been apart for a little while but not bad. Not bad for $150

The thing that I am worried about is the head, if its cracked, then the $$ to fix it wouldnt be worth it

Well if you have the space buy it swap the tires over to the festy & rebuild the motor in the living room...

I would keep looking for another car/engine that runs unless you have someone willing to help on this one.

Not a speck of rust. There would be nothing left of that body of it were in Minnesota.

The block and head looks like the previous owner(s) have not taken very good care of it. But i bet you with alittle time and some dedication that motor can be good as new. Watch ebay for rebuilt heads from time to time. That's where i found mine for 160...no core. A rebuilt kit is fairly cheap, the oil pump will probably be the piece that sets you back the most.

                          Always here to help...

BTW when your done with that engine swap to the festiva...take that shell and tranplant a gt/gtx/gtr
