  • Got a question...

Sitting here thinking about random things..

    1. Does everyone have a "spare tire", or a "toy tire"? [A spare being the same tire as on the outside of the car]

    2. If you have the spare, do you still have the original yokohama tire on it?

    Just got curious.

oh ok well my dad had put the amer. racing rims on right after he got the car so one of the originals went towards a spare because those donuts suckk

but anyway i thought it was cool to have one of the original 12" yokohama's still.

Isn't it ironic that our cars came with a "space saver" spare!?!?!

Yes, esp when a full size 12" would fit.

I still have the original, 20 year old spare tire in the car!

I remember my ' 74Gremlin had a very low profile spare tire, with a compressed air canister to blow it up with!

Don't know about before I owned the car, but the Batstivas spare was only out for cleaning purposes. Never had a flat in that car. But I did have the original donut.

well, i can see the donut still having the original tire, since it is rarely used and sees low miles when used (supposed to at least)
