  • The Baron Has Wings!

Yes, you read right....The Baron has wings, although it was just for a few trips around the aerodrome! Turned out I had gotten a bad fuel pump from the partshause....exchanged it and 20 minutes later, the Baron sprang to life! Thanks to every member who offered advice and/or encouragement...you all are the best!

Baron update: Got tag on the car about two weeks ago...I needed wheel bearings on three wheels...that was done last week and made a huge difference! I can hear the motor!

I started driving the Baron to work this week, a 68 mile round trip, and have had no problems....well, just one: I can't stop smiling! Oh, and my first tank of fuel netted me an MPG of 40.03...and about 1/2 of that was with the wheel bearings going, so I'm looking for a slight increase in that! Thanks once again to the good people of this forum whose posts and advice made making my car roadworthy a snap!:hello1:
