how do I post pics of my stuff???

easiest way is to use photobucket to host them. Then copy and past the link here and they will show up. Please use a reasonable size so it does not cause people to have to scroll left and right to see the whole pic. I believe 640x480 or whatever size is close to that is the proper size.

              Testing...

              Okay, here I go:

I'll probably have to "learn" how to do this all over again when I do my picture thread. I had to try all sorts of combinations and then I resized it and it worked.

I used the "direct link" from photobucket. Is that the proper way? Any way to get a bigger picture when you click on the thumbnail, or is this it?

Is that the way to do it from photobucket?

I tried other ways, but the URL was always "invalid."

I had to resize the picture as it was. I thought I'd specified all 640 X 480 when I loaded them up into photobucket to begin with!

I'll try my new picture thread tomorrow. As you can see, it involves a pristine Ford Jeep. Yep, FORD. Vintage WWII, with many options including a Ma Duece.

After you get your pics on photobucket, sized at 640x480, you generate your code and on the page that lists them.....pick the ones that are in the 2nd to last box....copy them and just paste them to your message you are creating and they will be the bigger pics without having to click on them....hope that helped....if not just ask and I will try to help more.

from photobucket, just copy the IMG code, paste it where you want it to be in your message, and your done.
