  • sho festiva?

does anyone on this forum know anything about the red sho ford festiva on ebay, the seller rates it as a 7.5 for some reason, driven hard he says, I suspect the paint is good but the drivetrain/suspension/brakes have issues. it comes with no blueprints or spec sheets....as is. aparently an automatic but no a/c and probably no heater. radio but no power steering or brakes, locks, windows.

Yeah thats the one he's talking about. Everyone hit that dealership hard when they were basically claiming it was an original Shogun in the listing they had up a week or 2 ago. For that kind of dough I want to drive it and take it to a local mechanic to have a look at it.

Relisted as a SHO powered festiva. I would drive it !

Its an AUTO tranny car, it has it has power brakes, Festiva in the front and SHO brakes in the rear and festiva fuel tank under the hood. You may want to install an adjustable proportioning valve.

The only thing I would do to is to change the front brakes to aspires but that may require new wheels.
I dont know about emissions, SHOs were a very clean running engine but it looks like this one may have lost its converters along the way
