Can't keep the festy..

hey guys, i live on the east coast of canada, nova scotia. I have a 1992 FI, 5 speed L, with a brand new transmission and brand new clutch, the motor still runs strong and it was a decent car until i ran into a problem. pretty unexpectadely the wheel bearing went, it fried itself to poop in behind the bolt.. sufficed to say the wheel wiggles.. ALOT, the bolt either needs to be torched off, and re-threaded and a new spindle.. or a new axle.
I'm sorry to say i can't keep the festiva.. i have nowhere to keep it, thus no way to do the project for it.. I do NOT want to have to scrap this car guys, it has a 500$ tranny and 200$ clutch. i had no choice i needed a car for work.. so i bought a 97 corolla, its in prime condition and it should give me 2-3 years driving. I can't keep the festiva
I will be willing to talk to anyone and negotiate a sale if somone is interested, i just want more than the scrap will give me.

What side wheel bearing is fried? Would you keep the car if you had a free bearing? I'm doing the Aspire swap in the next week or two, and instead of throwing my stock Festiva parts in the trash, I could send you the knuckle if you pay for shipping, if it helps. My car has the driver's side bearing pretty shot, but the passenger's side has been changed last year. Let me know.

hehe... drivers side is shot, bolt seized on, i need a new axle.

oh and as for the 1000 miles.. if u fixed it, it would make that no problem.. i put 5k on it in a month and never a problem, the wheel bearing just seemed to crumble or something was i went around a turn on the highway.. would u be interested if i fixed the problem? i found a parts festiva, and was thinking about putting the motor from it in mine
