  • Beast is coming to life!!

Here he is about 40% Complete. I've got pretty big plans for him

I purchased him off an add that Stefan responded to, the guy wanted to get Stefan to do some work... but then he just decided to sell it And thank god he did!

When I got him, he was in pretty good shape... besides some little quirks.

But... Nothing a little angle grinder and some welding can't fix

I've rocker-guarded the inside to help protect from rust... and to give it a nice water resistant finish.

Some of you might remember my e-break dilemma... Well when I said I had NOTHING... I really meant it lol.

As soon as I get it safetied and insured I plan on doing an aspire swap, B6 swap, finding those Geo "Storm" rims, Painting it and then throwing a rocker guard coating on the bottom 1/3rd of the car (Sort of what Skeeter has, only in rocker guard or Rhino lining)

The reason I refer to him as "Beast" and a He is because I tend to name my cars after characters from the X-men (I'm just THAT cool.) I've decided that for irony sake "Beast" is such a fitting name for a festiva! I plan on painting it the same color of Blue that the character is and throwing the little "Black bottoms" onto the car

So... If anyone has any front coil springs.. Lemme know! I wanna get some progress!!

You should also put a yellow stripe around the car and a big yellow X with the logo in the center of the hood...just to hit it home...lol

I was thinking of putting yellow striping in the bumper... like how there's those red striped fest bumpers..

And if Manitoba didn't require front license plates I would put the big "X" there...

but oh well, the blue and black will make it look nice..

I just need to find a nice statue or toy of Beast to put inside!
