Cam Belt Question

Has anyone had to replace the cam belt on their Festiva, or do so regularly (especially since they can run 300,000 miles)? We have a 90 with 135,000 miles, and with many cars, they have to be replaced at about 60,000 miles.

I've had two that have gone well over 150k and looked darn near new when finally pulled. Only reason they were changed was because of some other work on that area of the engine.
