The odd festiva parts?

^ Anyone have notice these blower motors have different size for AC and non AC system?
(Left side from festiva non factory AC system type and Right side from AC factory system type)

I was thinking factory AC system have strong blower and higher air flow?




^Found that part odd from 1993 Festiva and anyone know if this brake master cylinder was from other car such Mazda?

NICE!!! I had suspected the AC cars had a bigger fan, form cross-referencing on rockauto, but no one ever confirmed it.

This is great news.. I find my fan very weak.

Any southerners want to sell me an AC fan? Never seen a car up here with AC!

Yeah Bellas(W/AC) fan is ALOT stronger than I remember in my other 2 Festivas(Non AC) ever being even when the fan was new. Now we know why.
Now the question is will the AC fan fit into a non AC car?
Are the fans themselves the same size? It looks like the motor is longer on the AC one.

the Cap and Rotor isn't standard... Ugg... and I'm changing all that stuff right now!

Your distributor only came on 1989 automatic Festivas. It can be adjusted to a wider range of spark advance.

Some other folks more in the know should be able to tell you more, and why many of us consider you lucky to have that one.

I also want a bigger blower fan... The extra heat in our -40 winters would be beautiful..

im parting an 89 with a/c but youre far...

but its gotta be with FACTORY a/c. there were a lot of cars with dealer add on air. dont think i've seen a factory setup before. both of our cars have dealer add on air.

How can you tell if it is add on or factory? I sold a A/C setup on ebay not knowing that...bummer.

btw the old style 323 master cylinder and resivoir will fit festivas.

i think on the factory ones they have all the relays down on the drivers side fender. all the dalers i've seen are up on the pass. side fender. at least thats what my ford manual says. maybe somebody else can shed some light on the subject?
