seat tray manufacturing

Ive searched and read haven't found anything on anyone attempting to make a mold for the under seat tray i myself have the rails and no tray as im sure many others do i was hoping everyone would input the measurements from stock tray
"Freshtiva" cause i know he has one and maybe one of us can make a couple and see how it goes so bring on the measurements thanks

hmmm... so how come nobodys taken one into a plastic shop to get some made?

have you guys ever watched vacume forming on youtube? I'm sure you guys could figure somthing out after watching that.

so how does it mount onto the rails? just the lip sits on top? with the holidays coming there are so many plastic storage bins for sale. i bet one out there is close and just a heat gun away from working temporarily until a real one is found.

I'm sure that if you took measurements of the hardware and seat tray you could find independent manufacturers to make those on contract for you. Even if you have to order X number to have them do it, I'm sure there will be enough takers on here to offset the costs.

I used to work next door to a plastic shop and they made stuff like sleds and stuff like that all the time. I'm sure those seat trays wouldn't be a problem at all. whoever has one needs to get some quotes.
