I'll just punch a hole, or go exhaustless at low RPM.

I've flew with various interesting car parts in my checked baggage. It always gets there, but obvious it's been rooted through. The big "inspected by Homeland security.." is another give away. Not so worried about the cat and it's simularity to bomb asthetics, as the substance inside might be illegal to transport. What a stupid way to get in trouble.

Perhaps a call ahead might be prudent....of course, you might get an OK from Tweedle-Dee, the wonder dummy, only to get frisked with a wire brush at the airport. Best of luck either way!

Having done this twice, I highly suggest that you wear a mask when you do this. The stuff in there isn't all that good to inhale.
