What you should do is print out a copy of the ebay listings where the hatch spoilers sold for $500 plus print outs of ebay listings for each item that was destroyed and mail them to him. Or just go offer him $25 for it as it sits.

I saw one on sunday comming back from Jeff city from see my grandpa in the hospital. Sport teal with a spoiler and alloys...spotted it from the highway in a parking lot of a cattle stockyard.
