  • JDM Importer in the Midwest

Looks like a new company starting up:

I wonder if it would save any money to use this one instead of a coastal company?

Or are there other midwest importers?

Well...just got off the phone with them and they are halfway filled on a second container bound for the states....they are looking at shipping sometime around Feburary. He said that he takes requests...and if they find what you want it is a 30% deposite and then the rest when it comes in. He ships clips on down to small items like tail lights. Front clips are steering wheel forward...complete with engine...he has done a right hand conversion on a vehicle he drives and also has sold several to others. Very nice guy...said you can call or email with requests.

I'd just like to have a RHD conversion here in the states...i know missouri police wouldn't hassle me one bit. But if I could, I would buy a gtx front clip and sell the 1.3 dohc engine to make up for some of the cost.

What's so nice about rear clips? There's really nothing deffernt on them except the tailights and bumper cover?? Not worth to ship it when you can probably buy those parts seperate.

I'm calling him tommorrow to start looking, that way i can buy everything at tax time!!
