  • I'm Addicted to Festivas!

Almost all my free time I have, I spend it working on Old Red. Whenever I can't work on it I feel guilty kind of I guess I'm just really anxious to get it back on the road and start driving it And now I want to get a 2nd Festiva to swap a aspire engine or B6 in, and do an aspire swap on Dang FDD I already know of a decent shell I could probably get for cheap, that has very little rust, its a 90-93 5-spd, I have some pics if you guys are interested. I may buy it if my parents let me.....

I've noticed very few festy owners at this point have just one. There's a coupel on eBay right now for sale with others in the back ground. I have three at the moment, and plan to sell at least one, possible two in the spring. Just awesome cars!
    Because....45 MPG.

^^^Seems you're 100% right about that. Back last summer when I got "Madness 1", I don't know how many times I said, "This one car is all I want." Well now it's become 2 and soon, possibly a 3rd! Dang FDD!

Focustiva: Because I was told it was was impossible to fit a Focus bumper on a Festiva.

That about sums up my life. Unfortunately things like school and girlfriends get in the way...

I've noticed that too. Most of us have at least two. At one point I was the proud owner of 4 Festivas, but I didn't have the time or a place for them.

Given money and space, I would have 30!

Yeah all I was going to do with Old Red was fix it up so it was driveable, but it sorta snowballed, and I bought the new hatch, mirrors, LX moldings, other stuff. Now I'll be adding a spoiler, possibly getting a new paintjob this summer. I keep wanting to buy more parts to modify it more

Cool, I'm even thinking about building up a 2nd engine this summer to swap into it, if I have enough time

I've had 15 total. The most I've had at once is 5 or maybe 6. I have 2 right now, but one is traded off. I'd like to have 3 total. One BP daily driver, one stocker to rack up some miles, and some kind of race festiva. Maybe an autocrosser.

Yup it's like a heroin addiction, you need to go to re-hab and be isolated from festiva's to get over the addiction  i'll never go to re-hab
