I just got home with my 88 LX. My freind and I towed it home with my Festiva and a rope. Its not as nice as the one I passed on too econoaddict but it was 100miles closer to home. It has A/C,tilt wheel, power mirrors, int. wipers, tach and no under seat tray but the rails are there. It has a dent in the pass. side quarter and a little ding in the roof. The front bumper is a little scuffed up but no biggie. The p.o. recently had Les Schwab install 2 rebuilt cv axles and I have the receipt cost him $346.18, 4 new studded 13in tires with wheels no receipt but they were at least $350. He installed a new distributer I have the receipt for $160 + cap and rotor another $30. New muffler no reciept but it looks recent.
The interior is dirty but other than the driver seat its in good shape and can be cleaned. The passenger side door handle is broke off but I have one so no big deal. In the recent snow storm they let there teenager drive the car and something went wrong with the trans. not sure what it is but you can put it in any gear and let out the clutch but theres nothing. When I say nothing I mean nothing not a sound,no clunk, grind, or anything. Guess Ill find out when I start working on it. Anyway when he was stranded he called home and his unhappy parents told him to walk. He decided to punch out the driver side window instead but I have one of those too. Needless to say its very wet inside. Clean title.
