Hey guys,
This may be in the wrong place, please move if it is. I was wondering if anyone knows the thread size of our speedometer cables. I'm looking at changing over to an electric type which uses a hall effect sender. There are two types of senders, Ford style, which seem to clip in, and GM/Mopar style, thread in. The thread in types are a 7/8 18 thread with a .104 X .104 drive key. I don't have any tools for super accurate measurement. Looks like the GM style, but who wants to spend the money on a guess?!? Any help is much appreciated.
