He said it was not turquoise, It was like a green with a blueish tint ??

I seen this car myself today !!
It is still here in Decatur, 2 younger guys driving it , and still had Ohio plates on it ..and it is a teal color .
I did not have a chance to chase them down , but I will ..next time.
I know it is not John (PU241) he is here at my house in his white Festiva ..LOL------------------------------------------------
