looking at it again, it seems like the lower part of some other bumper was grafted onto the oem bumper. still would look cool with some work. i wonder where he got his header? -

There have been several that have used part of a Splash lower.
I can see the driving lamp holes , with little projectors in there .------------------------------------------------
