Pictures looks pretty colorful to me. Anyway, at least he isn't charging 20-30 bucks or more like all those other people on eBay sell those 'power chips' for. For 99 cents, it might almost be worth it if you're going to autocross the car and want a bit more power for almost nothing. At least the picture shows you how the resistor goes in, so you could go to radio shack and get one for like a nickel and do it yourself. The item description is pretty honest sounding too. I think he's charging too much for shipping. 5 bucks? How much does it cost to send a letter nowadays?
