  • Any of you guys having insanely cold weather?

Hey guys, we're having extreme cold over here these days, and I'm happy to report that my BP swapped Festy started on the first try at 5:30 this morning, in minus 38 degrees fahrenheit (minus 39 celcius) weather, although it cranked a bit slow. How about you guys?
The left lane? Are you crazy!!! I never drive in the left lane...It's full of freaks driving the wrong way and charging right at you!!!

My stock B3 started at minus 40. Cranked slow, but started.

It was under 0 with the wind chill here in VA. I've never experienced cold like this. I started up my 92 accord this morning and didn't let it warm up. When I pulled out the power steering didn't work! I had to manhandle it to get it back in my lane. The CD player didn't want to work?!?!?!? And when the temperature got into the operating range on the gauge I turned the heat on and the temperature DROPPED on the guage back down out of the operating range. The air blowing was lukewarm at best. I've never seen anything like this. BRRR!

Got down to 6 above here. Festiva starting isn't a problem, I'm sure not wanting to get started though. You guys are either super tough or crazy (or both)!!

Its been cold(for Vancouver)here for some time. Now we are in a thick fog and have been and will be for some time. It never really seems to warm up more than a few degrees over freezing. But the fog means inversion here, so go UP to the ski hill and its sunny and 17 celcius(63 F) go figure.

At 6 degrees here, Cherry Bomb cranked a little slower, but started right up. It took its usual 10-15 to warm up, but the radio had problems for a while until it warmed up.
