  • HID headlight conversions

Everytime I am on eBay, I see tons of listings for the HID headlight conversions. I did a search and there are no threads pertaining to this. So, with this said, has anyone tried to install an HID conversion? If so, was it successful? Are the conversion kits offered on eBay worth it? Inquiring minds want to know. LOL

I used HID and high intensity headlights as my search strings and nothing came up. Sorry.

I'd be skeptical for 100 bucks..

Good HID kits are about 400 or so off the net...

You may end up with some kit put together by some 2 year old monkey in China.

That is a very valid point, too. I never thought of that. LOL

Ok, I got the info I was looking for from the links. If the mod would like to shut this down, that would be ok. I'll try to not be so incompetent next time.

Cool, Which seller did you get them from?

I'm planning on getting a set hooked up to fog lights.. that way I can turn 'em on and off so I'm not blinding people as I drive.
