Got a Festy from West Virgina.No notary required so the guy just signed it.I need to fill it in and want to get it right before I take it to get titled here in Ihio.Anyone familiar with the WV titles ?Need to know exactly what to fill in and what not to fill in.Thanks.

I just went through this with a Viginia title, no notary there either. Just fill out the Buyer section. -
Just did this today with Virginia title.
Out of state tiltes just require a VIN check.
I read the VIN, correctly, to the older lady at the BMV office.
Paided my $3.50 and was on my way to the Clerk of Titles to get my Ohio title
