I don't understand how you can ask what guys think and then post how negative the responses are.

I think they look like crap (since you asked) and looks like a great place to hide good ol' Minnesota salt.

Ok, I wouldn't go as far as the stick on fender vents, but the scoops... maybe

Well, I have always liked fender trim, so I thought maybe more people would like it, I don't mind that people don't like them, just I was suprised, that's all.

I'd like to see a pic of these on an actual festiva...

The pic on Ebay isn't a festiva...

Don't worry, I'm not upset, I was just thinking that people would like this like I do, it doesn't bother me at all. I like to see what people think. I was just suprised with what people thought of it, that's all. I am still thinking hugely about buying these, so I'm not changing my mind

I think they would look alright on a festiva, with a nice set of chrome rims. But alone being the only "shinny" part of the car, wouldn't be my cup of tea.

they look good on some cars and bad on others. i've never seen them on a festiva, but i don't think i would like them. but that's just my opinion. having said that, i might need to see a full photo of a Festiva with them on and i may be swayed.

I'm no fan of those either. I would believe it would allow corrosion and rust to set in easier.

Bottom line is if YOU like them then thats all that really matters. I am sure there are people that don't like my car either, but that didn't stop me from building it the way I wanted.
