Looking for Model & year or part #

I picked up a console, boot and knob from Dave88. Now I'm trying to get a new shift knob from Ford. They need to know what year and model or the part number. Can anyone help? It's the knob that the boot snaps into. Thanks in advance for you help!!

The gray knob is part number E8BZ7213D for the console. If Ford doesn't have one PM me and I will try to locate one for you.
