If he still had the slicks I'd be all over it like white on rice... but I am still torn... he says its at his farm burried in snow so I would have to wait till spring anyways...

I am gonna do some more research into getting auto cross set up here in my city and just tell the guy I will let him know once the snow is starting to be gone...

If you have $350 laying around...take it! But then again, you could regret it, and then trying to pass it on to someone else could be very difficult.

It'd be a nice project but I don't like rust that much. That Salvage title kills the already low value of the car.

if this car would be autoX for you and thats the sole intention of the car, YES (cheap enough, say $150), otherwise, probably not.

ya if I buy it the only reason will be for the once or twice a year I make it to the autox or if I can get a group here and set up regular autox races here...

You may want to check this out: http://www.wcma.ca/organizational_information.htm

I think you need a few members to get something started and a bit of cash. Luckily for me I have to drive maybe 15-20 minutes in the city...

there seems to be enough car people up here, I don;t know why we couldn;t get something together... It ends up a pain if I have to trailer the car to stoon every time I want to race...
