  • Top speed?

This may be silly, but what is the fastest a stock festiva has gone?

As a speed freak, I can't help but wonder. Also, if anyone wants, include the popular, and maybe even not so popular, engine swaps.

We'll all just assume that we reached these speeds on a closed course or at the track.
    Slainte!

I thought I had posted in the aforementioned thread but guess I didn't. My top in my 91 5spd was 108 pacing with my friend's 89 Cutlass Supreme international series (w/ digital dash). Probably coulda squeezed a couple more mph (maybe 5 or so) but I don't see it going much faster than that on the stock 1.3L.

I think the fastest clocked was like 114mph in a stock b3. I think that was what was written on the ticket.

...so you were only doing about 90-95mph...it shouldn't wobble that much, you might want to check your alignment...
