Who's Salisbury, MD white Festiva?

Picked my daughter up from her work at the cinema at the mall in Salisbury last night.
There was a white Festiva with Escort wheels (meaning an aspire brake swap), it looked lowered, had a black grille, and exhaust. Looked tough....front bumper cut out to make room for a future intercooler? Anyone on here own it?
