  • sell or swap

So I just picked up a 95 Aspire to do my aspire swap, however I just got it running again. Now I'm up in the air about just selling it to make some money or doing the swap. Just wondering what you guys would do?

depends how much you can get out of your running aspire...If it were me, i'd sell the aspire and get a wrecked aspire with good wheels/axles for little of nothing and then put those in the festiva..or find one and pull all the needed stuff in the JY.. up to you man, whatever you want and/or need to do.. you should get online more often!!

-"Hairlipstiva" 1991 GL 5spd (swapped from an auto), rolling on Enkei 14x6 +38 with 195/45/14 Toyo's, Jensen MP5720 CD deck, tach install, LED strip in cluster, down position rear wiper, FMS springs, Gabriel shocks on 4 corners, Acura Integra short shifter
-Escort GT 91 donor car with BP, G5M-R tranny to be dropped in the little guy...
    -Aspire brake swap COMPLETE!

Depending upon how much you can get for it, you could well make enough $$ to buy the components for a aspire swap and still have $ left over if you sell the car.
More if it runs well and looks half way decent!

Sell it, take the profit and buy everything you need for the aspire swap. You could end up with a free swap.

Depending on what condition its in, you should be able to sell it for more than the parts cost for the aspire swap, so thats what I'd do!

Thanks for the input. I think i'm gonna go with everyone and try to sell. The only bad thing is the right front fender had a blowout. If I cant sell it this week, the swap will begin.

This is from a year ago... It's probably already swapped or sold.
