How much faster are 5 speed Aspire's over autos?

Yeah, I just sold my 94 Se to my mother and now I'm looking for another car. I was looking in the classifieds and found a 94 4 door Aspire with a 5 speed. He wants $1500 Cdn for it. It has 194000 kilometers on it. It's blue with a grey interior. The guy told me it has new struts on the rear, new rotors and pads in the front, and new exhaust from the catalytic converter back. I'll probably go look at it in an hour or so.
