it's snipey little comments like the above that make folks NOT want to do ANYTHING to help any member here.

On what premise do you base your assumption that I will not provide a price for the tires? What have I done, or not done, to set a baseline for this?

They're tires for god's sake. I started this thread like 24hrs ago, what's the freakin' rush??

not to steal your thread, but i recently bought a festiva from a manager of a discount tire store. he said he would be able to get me tires for $26 each. hes in Columbus ohio, i thought about letting everyone know before ohiotiva and maybe doing a group deal. either ways cool with me, just want to get everyone a good deal on tires.

It will be interesting to see what FB71 can get for a price, compared to Cubstiva.

I fully understand. I am just saying that between you and FB71, we might be able to get some really good deals. I did not mean to imply competition. If anything, with both of you working on this with your respective suppliers, we should hopefully be able to save some money in the long run.

I would be interested in two sets (8) if the price is right. Would these have to be shipped? What brand?

Two sets = eight tires. Not sure how this smiley is coming up, but I am not trying to be shady in any way.

I am still in the market for 13" x114.3mm rims, but would keep my 12" rims and tires for the winter. The other set would be for the party who bought my old '91 L.
