drunk almost took out the festy tonight

Well it's 3am in the morning and just got home dealing with the police and a drunk driver. My blood is still boiling!!:angryfire: I got off work around 1:30am and was at a intersection which is really bad since your vision is blocked by concrete walls. Well got to the top of the ramp and had a red light for about 30 seconds, light turns green I slowly pulled out (since I can't see past the wall )and the next thing I know a black car comes speeding past I slam on the breaks and say a few bad words. My temper flares I cut the wheel pop the clutch and it's on. I catch up to this guy while I have the 911 on the phone, he's doing 50mph in a 30mph zone. I follow him till the police get to us, I knew this guy had to been drinking. Well of coarse he had, he was 19years old and no drivers license, needless to say he went to jail. T boning the festy on my side of the car at 50mph I think I would have been in some pain tonight, he missed the front end by inches. Man I'm still boiling but had to get it off my chest.

Wow hytek -- glad you are OK, too bad there are speeders like that ! Just be careful, you never know when those type of people might have a weapon and want to use it !
It is good to turn them in tho....I wish we had more unmarked police cars to catch ones like that. Seems like I never see police when a crazy stunt like that happens !!

this is one of the many close calls of drunks on the road.. . glad your ok and not a statistic.
