  • On the road again...

...Isn't spring time just the best time of year?

Casper went for a cruise today and it was a blast to be behind the wheel again! Without a heater core, it's a little cold to do anything less than 45~ or so.

Got the hood mounted, secured up front with a set of pins. Tenzo seats mounted and good to go. I've got to adjust the harnesses on the bar and secure everything again, but that should be easy to do.

Next is to order tires for the 13's and then get them mounted.

    AutoX 2009... here we come.

Sounds like Casper AND Simon are feeling some spring fever! Someone once told me that spring up north was the five days between snows...

haha, thats actually how it was here last week, a foot of snow last weekend, high 70's for a few days, then snow again yesterday, what a tease...

I agree... We've been on a rollercoaster ride with the weather here too. Work was so hectic last week that I couldn't do anything on the car.

What I'm really exicted for is to get my bike out. I really need to get the carb rejetted and my new exhaust on. Bah!

No pics from today. My hopes are to maybe pull the timing belt cover off tomorrow. Then I'll snap some pics!

Thats funny ! I need to work on my mower, my truck , and my bike. Every time I go to work on them I always end up working on a festiva. Working on anything else is just work, but working on a festiva is leisure.

It's like an evil twin or something...

(edit - Sorry for the crappy picture quality... I think my nephew has handled the camera that I leave at home a bit too much!)

Simon those tires had been sitting out side for about a year I wouldn't trust to much spirited driving on them :-P Can't wait to see how low it sits with the lightweight 13"s on there.
