      ^^^ agreed. My responses in that posting was just to point out the technical and financial challenges of the project. If this guy thinks he build a quality piece for just over $100, I'm all for it! I like being wrong about things like that!

          A few of us have tossed this idea around quite a few times. I made some primitive designs for a two piece mold before deciding it was going to be more labor intensive than I thought it was worth, if you can do it, lets see it!!

          There is certainly a large market out there

                you should make some copies of the Mazda 121 grilles! maybe ones that fit the festiva stock headlights.
