There nice. One came in our yard 3 days ago 97 1.8 BP with 87k hit in front...minimal damage. Has adjusted shocks, exhaust, msd wires, and jackson racing cai. Was on the spray, because the shark nozzle is still in the intake. I'd amagine it has an upgraded clutch.

2250. This is there price, I'd buy it but i think it to high considering it has been abused, and the interior needs major work.

I think they're wicked. Like our cars, they're lightweight, quick, and very nimble, not to mention they have a drop top. Ever since I've driven a convertible, I've wanted one, badly. Thing is, that requires cash, of which I do not have.

I love the newest ones, I think they did a good job mixing the body styles of the older Miatas and the RX-8.

i'd like them a lot more if they had more than 2 seats! but hey, at least they relatively light and corner-eaters

I'd like to get my hands on a 1st gen 91 or 92. I've had a few convertibles over the years, cant beat spring and fall in a convertible....sitting in 100 degree weather in traffic with the top down and below freezing weather I'd could live without. Never driven a miata but heard its a blast, they have a very loyal following.

I like the concept of the Miata - lightweight, RWD, convertible, double A-arm suspension, small engine, cheap.

I like the style of the early pop-up headlight models.

I don't like the looks of the later, non-pop-up headlight models. I don't like their cheeky smile.

I don't like how expensive the early ones still are.

They don't seem to have great build quality.

Sometimes I think about selling all of my cars and getting the nicest early Miata I can find. I don't need a back seat. I don't need a trunk (I'd keep my truck).

Then again, I also don't like the stigma that comes with a young, single man owning a Miata. :blob3:

they are nice cars for sure, my mom has one. Definitely fun to toss around and RWD is a plus!

I'd want a 94 in black. 1st year for the BP. Not OBDII. Then turbo it, or maybe a wankel. I love spinning triangles...

I had a second-gen special edition (6-speed, brace, limited slip, frame brace, big brakes, fancy leather and stereo, etc), and I loved it. I had to sell it when I lost my job, and I am intent on getting another one as soon as i can refill the coffers. I am eye-balling a 3rd gen with retractable hard top.

Im looking at them right now. Ive decided on a second gen one. I need to save first so it may be a year or so. Id have to give up fester II though. No space for two right now. But my brother says he will buy my car, so i guess it would be like a foster home until money/time/space permits both cars.

i like em, but with my luck i'd wind up on my top someday in a fast car... now a hard top miata would be sick... and not a convertable, a top that is permanently on it...

I know, im strange, but after rolling a truck at 45mph, i prefer something over my head
