FUEL INJECTING A CARBURETED ENGINE?

1989 festiva carbureted. can i stick the fuel injected unit on my carbureted motor? are they the same block? anyone got the parts laying around for sale?

If you are trying to find out if a 90 and up block will fit the festiva and work.Yes it will,I replaced my 88 for a 97 Fuel Injection block.All you have to do is add an electric fuel pump, And change the alternator pulley.You also need to add a fuel filter with a return line.

That's all you need to make it work!

The block's are the same, I think the cam is different.
